Subang menggelar rapat paripurna dengan bahasan pokok Penyampaian Pandangan
Umum Fraksi-Fraksi terhadap RAPBD tahun 2025 serta Laporan Bamperda terhadap
dua Raperda tentang Penyusunan Produk Hukum dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan.
Selasa, (22/10).
Rapat Paripurna
DPRD dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua II DPRD Kabupaten Subang Tegar Jasa Priatna didampingi oleh Wakil Ketua III Udaya Romantir,
S.AN dan diikuti sebanyak 34 Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Subang. Turut hadir pula Pj. Bupati Subang Dr. Drs.
Imran, M.Si., MA.Cd turut menghadiri Rapat Paripurna DPRD.
Agenda rapat diawali
dengan penyampaian pandangan fraksi-fraksi secara berurut dari Fraksi Golkar,
PDI, Gerindra, Nasdem, PKB, PKS dan Fraksi Amanat Demokrat.
Setelah
disampaikan laporan oleh Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Kabupaten Subang dilanjutkan
dengan agenda Persetujuan penetapan dua buah Raperda hasil Fasilitiasi Gubernur
Jawa Barat tentang Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Penyusunan Produk Hukum dan Penyelenggaraan
Pendidikan oleh Pj. Bupati Subang dan Wakil Ketua II DPRD Kabupaten Subang.
Pj. Bupati Subang
mengapresiasi kepada tim penyusun Raperda ini yang telah mengkaji bersama-sama
dan bekerja keras dalam penyusunan dua raperda.
Selanjutnya, ia
mengungkapkan bahwa dua Raperda ini dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan
dijadikan pedoman dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan penyusunan produk hukum
daerah menjadi kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang.
Dirinya memastikan
bahwa dua Raperda merupakan perwujudan dari rasa tanggung jawab Pemerintahan Daerah
Kabupaten Subang dalam menyusun Rancangan peraturan daerah baik rancangan
penyusunan produk hukum daerah dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan.
"Produk
hukum daerah merupakan upaya dalam rangka peningkatan efektivitas
penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan
publik," Ungkapnya.
Selanjutnya, Pj.
Bupati Subang menegaskan bahwa Rancangan Peraturan Daerah tentang
penyelenggaraan pendidikan dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan
penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Subang.
Ia berharap dua
raperda tersebut dapat menjawab tantangan kebutuhan baik pada sektor hukum
ataupun pendidikan di Kabupaten Subang.
"Peraturan
Daerah Kabupaten Subang sebagai dasar hukum atau pedoman pemerintahan daerah
dalam keselarasan dan dasar untuk penyusunan produk hukum daerah serta juga
untuk menjadi pedoman dalam memberikan pelayanan pendidikan kepada masyarakat
Subang," Tuturnya.
